Yesterday someone asked me, "who specifically are you trying to reach in your blog?" "And what are you trying to say there?"
Which feels like a perfect opportunity to post my answer.
I think larger than "target markets", and "keyword hits." I think that denotes humanity as too predictable, too static, and not open to the new, the current, the generative, and all aspects of a dynamically changing culture and world.
I write for people that think, and people that feel strongly about what they think.

Al Gore's recent speech (07-17-2008) called for the Herculean and necessary task of thinking universally green, of changing the way we utilize natural resources.
We've heard the call over and over, but the green revolution seems to truly be upon us. And we need to respond quickly.
Sometimes this task can seem daunting, -- driving less, thinking about energy, thinking about resources, recycling, re-using, educating our kids, educating ourselves, and changing our behaviors -- but every little thing we do counts.

SHINE
Shine with the light of All That Is.
It's reflected in the world you see, with your heart and your pure sight. If you see death and pain and progression, death is the result. If you see the eternality of every moment and every breath, life will flourish.
It's not all "in the mind." It's not closing your mind to suffering. It's what you make with your mind and spirit, and transitioning suffering to the magic it holds: patience, the seal of our survival.
Paint the walls with blood, or glory, it's up to you. Whatever you would like to look at every day.
You are a fountain that cannot cease,
You are the vision of (y)our own increase.

What's Integrity?
Integrity comes from the Latin word “integritas”, referring to “wholeness" and "soundness.”
Our lives these days are replete with choices, and we take them. We have relationships and families and career goals and kids and bills and dreams and entertainments and illnesses and joys and hardships.
Finding a sense of wholeness in all this can be difficult. In my work as an integrative life coach, it’s my wish to offer support towards this goal. The writings on these pages will serve the same purpose, to urge you to your higher self, your strongest self, and the self of your dreams.
